Observer v0.1 — read-only transparency
What users get (and pay for)
Observer is the first monetisable Helionex product: a read-only verification and provenance console. Users pay for the ability to interrogate evidence, not for “signals”.
Integrity Dashboard
- Daily PASS/FAIL/INCOMPLETE status
- Bundle checksum verification
- Hash chain continuity checks
- Anchor checks (when enabled)
Behaviour Feed
- Decisions + reasons (BUY/SELL/HOLD)
- Abstentions log (do nothing is recorded)
- Risk suppression events
- Config/model version events
Trade Reality
- Execution attempts + outcomes
- Broker responses (accepted/rejected)
- Reconcile-before-trade evidence
- Freeze events on uncertainty
Proof Bundles
- Downloadable daily ZIP bundles
- Verifier instructions
- Checksums + manifests
- Reproducible integrity audits
Lineage Explorer
- Dataset genesis + hashes
- Feature pipeline provenance
- Model versions + promotion events
- Intent → execution traceability
Export & Audit Readiness
- Export bundles for third-party review
- Evidence pack generation (period-based)
- Immutable history semantics
- Clear “what we can prove” boundary
Pricing (initial proposal)
We will tune pricing once value is proven. For now, here’s a realistic structure:
- Observer Basic — £19/mo: dashboards + limited history
- Observer Pro — £49/mo: proof bundles + deeper lineage + exports
- Observer Team — £199/mo: multiple seats + audit packs
No promises of performance. Subscription sells transparency and verification.
What users are NOT paying for
- Guaranteed returns
- Copy-trading access
- Hidden “private backtests”
- Selective reporting
- Marketing dressed as science
Why this can become a business
If Helionex becomes the standard for “prove your trading system’s behaviour”, it becomes infrastructure. That’s a bigger idea than selling signals: it’s audit-grade transparency for autonomous systems.
